SkipOdds provides de-vigged, aggregated sports probabilities, shown on WunderGoal and the SkipSeek family of sports sites. The data is informational only: we do not accept bets, hold funds, or settle wagers, and the numbers carry no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for wagering or any other purpose. Don't use SkipOdds where prohibited by local law. 18+.
Daily request limits apply per tier. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke keys that exceed limits, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent quotas — with a refund of the unused period where the cause was ours.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkipSeek Inc.'s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for decisions — financial or otherwise — made using the data.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
