SkipOdds provides de-vigged, aggregated football probabilities via API and widget. The data is informational only: we do not accept bets, hold funds, or settle wagers, and the numbers carry no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for wagering or any other purpose. Don't use SkipOdds where prohibited by local law. 18+.
API keys are personal to the subscriber and may not be shared or resold. Demo and Starter tiers must credit SkipOdds with a link to skipodds.com wherever the numbers render. Displaying SkipOdds values in your product is permitted; bulk re-sale or redistribution of raw API responses is not.
Daily request limits apply per tier. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke keys that exceed limits, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent quotas — with a refund of the unused period where the cause was ours.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled any time — use the link in your Stripe receipt or email hello@skipodds.com. Cancellation stops the next charge; your key stays active until the paid period ends.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkipSeek Inc.'s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for decisions — financial or otherwise — made using the data.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
